Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. To ensure the best experience for our community, please review our policy regarding exchanges and refunds below.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the fit isn't perfect. We are happy to offer size exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe:Exchange requests must be made within a maximum of 2 days (48 hours) from the date you receive your order.
  • Availability:Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is out of stock, an exchange may not be possible.
  • Process:To initiate an exchange, please contact us directly via Instagram DM or Email with your order details.
  • Shipping Fees:The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for exchange.

    Item Condition

    To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original state. We will not be able to process an exchange if the items are:

    Worn or used.
    Washed or altered.
    Damaged or stained.
    Missing the original garment tags (tags must be intact and attached).

    Note:If the item returned does not meet these criteria, it will be sent back to the customer, and the exchange will be declined.

    Refund Policy

    Please note that we do not offer cash refunds once an order has been accepted and paid for.

    Why no refunds?

    To ensure your total satisfaction, we provide an"Inspection Upon Delivery"service. We encourage you to:

    Open and inspect your order thoroughly while the courier is still at your door.
    Check for any defects, wrong items, or sizing issues immediately.
  • If you are not satisfied:You have the right to refuse the delivery on the spot. In this case, you only pay the shipping fees, and the courier will take the package back.
  • Once the order is accepted and the courier leaves, the transaction is considered final, and only exchanges (as per the policy above) will be permitted.
